Kirkendall Hits the Nail on the Head

I was planning on writing a biting critique of Phil Garner's incredibly stupid 'tactical' moves in last night's 1-0 victory at San Diego, but Tom Kirkendall covered my exact sentiments much more eloquently then I would have, so I'll just link you over to his post today. Having two position players in your lineup who cannot be trusted to swing away with a RISP and no outs is beyond ridiculous, and using Berkman as a PH in that situation was just dumbfounding.
