ESPN was reporting that Tim actually said before the rout that he could die happy now that he had worn a Yankee uniform for one day. Good thing, because he'll never wear one again. Now all that's left is for him to die.

Seriously though, if I were him and taking inventory of my life--not coming anywhere close to living up to the hype, another complete shelling where the second inning was watched from the locker room, those gnarly chicklets he calls teeth--I'd go ahead and hang myself from the ceiling fan immediately. Way to go, Big Redd.

I really wish that I had known Redding would be starting this game before it started, I would have put some money on the BoSox. Now that I am a resident of New York City, I'll keep this blog updated on all the important pitching changes the Yankees make this year. I have an over/under of 6 for the amount of pitchers who will start a game for the Yankees that haven't started one yet this year.
