ouch really? worse than the 2001 panthers who lost 15 straight?
espn's got at least twenty worse teams.
not that i think the texans shouldn't be in that list. but sometimes you just gotta go for it all... as in no. 1 pick. see san antonio spurs (twice).
peculiarly, they're not the worst houston team (oilers '73) or even "texans" team (dallas texans '52) of all time.
